- PUBLIC PARTICIPATION -

PLEASE NOTE: Your correspondence with the commission will become part of the public record.

The Commission began collecting public input in May of 2005 and requested that all public input be received no later than December 15, 2005. The Commission has started its deliberative phase and all input received as of this date has been shared with the commissioners. We welcome any public input received after this date, however it should be in electronic form in order for it to be shared with all commissioners.

The New Hampshire Citizens Commission on the State Courts would like your feedback on the state courts, including the Supreme Court, the Superior Court, the District Court, and the Probate Court. We ask that you limit your correspondence to experiences with the NH state courts and not with state or local police or other law enforcement agencies. Some of the questions of interest include:

  • What experiences have you had with the state courts?
  • Where do you get information about the state courts?
  • How much do you know about how the state courts operate?
  • Are you concerned about the expense of going to court?
  • What different challenges are the state courts facing today?
  • What is the most positive thing you have heard about the state courts? What is the most negative thing you have heard about the state courts?

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Your correspondence with the commission will become part of the public record.
  • Once you send an email to the commission, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you wish for your original email to be delivered, you MUST click the web link in the confirmation email.
